Return, Refund and Exchanges
You may return your items within 30 days upon purchase.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Kindly make sure it is purchased from ONLY our website and not other shopping platforms.
- It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Once returned item is received by our head office, we will send you a confirmation.
Once the product is returned, this will be reviewed by our returns team. If a damage has been done as a result of manufacturing defect from our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If the product in return is in defect by any other reasons such as wear and tear, misuse, abuse, exposure to chemicals, scratches or force, the product will be returned to you and will not be refunded.
Returns via courier
You can return your online order within 30 days of receiving your order. Please follow the following steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team via Facebook (Sorrento+ Sunwear/ Instagram (@sorrentosunwear) / Email (email@example.com)
- Provide our Customer Service team your order ID, name and reason for return.
- Wait for instructions on which provider to use for return
- Once decided, kindly pack the package well and ship it via the chosen provider (c/o buyer).
- Take note of the return slip and send a picture to our Customer Service Team for tracking purposes.
- Once the product has been received by our warehouse team, we will notify you and let you know whether we will grant a partial/full refund (takes 5-7 working days)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days of your request, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and wait for our confirmation, detailing how to go about the product exchange.
